Zero Keyboard keeps getting better. With the launch of our latest update, we are introducing a major new change that will make managing your customer base even easier than before.
Your contacts are now synced directly from Salesforce into the app. As you make phone calls, send messages, emails, our app will immediately help you create notes, logs, and follow up actions through dictation and gestures without ever leaving the app. No more jumping between multiple hoops; all you needs is a swipe to keep you going.
Your contacts screen is now also the default view upon opening the app. The custom start screen has also been moved to the fourth screen. Just a tap away. The my company page is also new – now you can find all company specific workflows in one place for even greater efficiency. Emails can now be sent through the app as well, eliminating the need to switch between apps again.
Our calendar component has received an overhaul as well. New components include improved date and time picking, making each follow up meeting and task far easier to navigate to.
Want to create a new contact during a busy event? It’s as simple as scanning their business card with your phone. Filling in the rest of the details is smooth and intuitive, thanks to our speech-to-text feature that now supports 20 languages.
We’ve also worked hard to make the design even easier and more intuitive to use. These changes include better navigation, a cleaner, simplified interface, and redesigned attachments.
